Thank you for shopping at Virginia's Design. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully, as it varies significantly depending on the type of product you purchase.

1. Digital Products: AI Painting

Delivery: Your purchased AI painting will be delivered to your provided email address within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Refunds: All sales of AI paintings are final. Due to the digital and instantly deliverable nature of this product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been sent. We ensure the quality meets our standards before delivery.

2. Services: Translation & E-commerce Visual Design

Delivery Timeline: The delivery timeline for services (translation, e-commerce visual design, etc.) will be mutually agreed upon before the project begins and confirmed via email.

Revisions: We are committed to your satisfaction. Our service includes revisions based on your feedback until you are satisfied with the final deliverable.

Refunds: Due to the custom, time-intensive, and intellectual nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced and the first draft or initial assets have been delivered. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to this term.

3. Physical Goods

For any physical goods we may sell, the following standard policy applies:

Return Window: You have 7 natural days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, personalized products, or goods marked as final sale.

Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at juanshopnew@outlook.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the return shipping address.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
